This is the whole of religion.Doctrines,or dogmas,or rituals,or books,or temples,or forms,are but secondary details.
2.To work properly,you have first to give up the idea of attachment,do not miss in the fray,hold yourself as a witness and go on working.
Let us do good because it is good to do good.
Any work that is done with any the least selfish motive,instead of making us free,forges one more chain for our feet.
Only that kind of work which develops our spirituality is work.
3.faith,faith,faith in ourselves,faith,faith in God—this is the secret of greatness.If you have faith in all the three hundred and thirty millions of your mythological gods,and in all the gods which foreigners have now and again introduced into your midst,and still have no faith i yourselves,there is no salvation for you.
4.He is an atheist who does not believe in himself.The old religion said that he was an atheist who did not believe in God.The new religion says that he is the atheist who does not believe in himself.
